The port 25 (outgoing) is dedicated to all ISP and is blocked by default in your country.
To use the SMTP port of your hosting plan at Tunisieweb Hosting and send your emails from your business email, you must use port 465 for a secure connection (SSL) or port 26 for an insecure connection.
Note: The SMTP server requires authentication, however, you should use your email address as a user and your email's password.
If you want to use port 25, you must use the SMTP server of your ISP for sending your emails and your POP server for receiving.
