- Are you a reseller and your IP address or the IP of your customer has been blocked by the firewall?
No worry, the solution is sample!
1- Log in to the WHM through a 3G / 4G connection other than your IP address
2- Look in the search bar in the left of WHM > Firewall
3- Then insert your IP address or your client's IP
4- Click Remove/Unblock and it will be unlocked immediately. - You are not a reseller and you already blocked ? Please contact our Technical support from your client area > Support > Open a support ticket
